I Can Hear My Straight Roommate’s Thoughts – CH46

Chapter 46

As he spoke, Pei Zhi stroked Xie Ning’s stomach. His burning hot palm rested against the soft lower belly, and the heat seemed almost to pass through skin and flesh and reach all the way inside.

Xie Ning was very slim, yet the places that ought to be soft still were. His stomach was exceptionally flat, without the slightest bit of excess flesh, and very thin too. Even after eating just a little, the curve there would become especially obvious.

Just now, he had only had half a bowl of congee. Pei Zhi had spent a great deal of effort coaxing him into eating a few more shrimp. Yet even after eating so little, the lower part of his belly had lifted into a faint but obvious curve, as though he really could not hold much at all.

Xie Ning only had a trench coat draped over him now, and it had nearly slipped open entirely. From Pei Zhi’s angle, he could see what lay beneath with absolute clarity.

Xie Ning’s expression had calmed down by now. Under the warm light, his skin looked all the more luminous and translucent. His brows and eyes still held a trace of coolness, but his lips were swollen far too red, enough to make Pei Zhi feel as though his whole body were on fire.

Escaping was impossible. With the difference in strength between them, Pei Zhi could easily lift Xie Ning one-handed. Xie Ning bent one leg and nudged Pei Zhi lightly with his knee. The force was minimal, yet Pei Zhi’s back suddenly arched.

“Weren’t you going to let me see?” Xie Ning’s brows were faintly knit, and the corners of his eyes were still red. In a soft voice, he asked, “If you keep holding me like this, how am I supposed to look?”

Pei Zhi paused, then pressed, “You really want to look?”

Xie Ning replied with a question of his own. “Was it a lie when you said you’d show me?”

There it was again. That way of answering with a question. Xie Ning clearly knew how desperate Pei Zhi felt right now, yet he was still teasing him on purpose.

The air conditioner seemed to make Pei Zhi burn from the inside out. He wanted to bend down and kiss Xie Ning, but a finger pressed against his lips. Xie Ning said, “All right, show me.”

“After I’m done looking, I’m going to take a shower and then sleep.”

Xie Ning really was a little sleepy.

At this hour, he should not really have been tired yet. But he had not expected that the activities before bed would be so strangely effective at making him drowsy. Right now his whole body felt languid, and he especially wanted to lie down and sleep.

There was a touch of lazy hoarseness in Xie Ning’s voice. Pei Zhi’s Adam’s apple bobbed as he let Xie Ning go, only to realize that if both of them stayed sitting on the sofa like this, it seemed a little odd.

Pei Zhi’s gaze fell on Xie Ning’s feet—small and exquisite, as though one hand could hold them entirely. He stared for a moment, then rose. Spreading his knees, he knelt on the carpet in front of the sofa—right at Xie Ning’s feet.

The bathrobe had never done much to hide anything. Pei Zhi had not tied the sash with any real care. He did not even have to do anything on purpose; it simply loosened on its own.

Xie Ning sat on the black leather sofa with Pei Zhi’s trench coat draped over him. The coat had been pushed upward, covering only the very tops of his thighs.

His long legs were crossed, both hands braced at his sides. Against the black leather sofa, his skin looked extremely pale. His expression remained cool, the picture of someone impossible to approach.

Xie Ning merely looked at Pei Zhi like that, his gaze falling first on Pei Zhi’s face, then slowly lowering—only to dart away almost immediately.

His brows furrowed even more tightly. He seemed a little disgusted, and perhaps slightly unwilling too.

The outline and size were so exaggerated that he could barely believe it.

Could a person really be shaped like that? It was simply… far beyond imagination.

Not only was the color ugly, the sheer form of it was startling as well. The nearly purplish-dark heaviness of it, along with that ridiculously impressive thickness, was enough to make anyone’s eyes widen.

Xie Ning glanced at his own wrist… then looked back at Pei Zhi, frowning, clearly thinking about something.

Under such a gaze, Pei Zhi’s face flushed bright red. His blood boiled violently through his body, and he breathed hard like a beast barely holding itself together.

And that single look from Xie Ning actually made him throb twice in wild excitement, like pouring oil straight onto flames—instant, uncontrollable.

“Xie Ning,” Pei Zhi suddenly called, his voice raw.

“Mm?” Xie Ning answered.

Meeting Xie Ning’s eyes, Pei Zhi’s voice had turned hoarse beyond recognition. “Can I touch it?”

“……” Under such an almost explicit exchange of gazes, Xie Ning did not need to guess to know what Pei Zhi meant. His lashes fluttered rapidly. The fingers pressed against the sofa slowly curled inward. Then he said, “Go ahead.”

With how close Pei Zhi looked to losing his mind, Xie Ning really could not bring himself to tell him no.

That would have been too heartless.

Pei Zhi’s hand was very large, all clear bones and strong lines. Against the near-black shade there, the darker tone of his hand only made everything look even more brazen and feral, as though some beast were baring itself toward Xie Ning.

His hand moved while he tilted his head back to look at Xie Ning. His stare was so intense it was like he wanted to swallow Xie Ning whole—fierce, bloodshot. Being looked at like that, Xie Ning frowned slightly and shifted his gaze away as subtly as he could, if only to avoid meeting it directly.

To be made the object of someone’s fantasy right in front of them felt strange enough already, let alone under a gaze as tangible as this. It was hot in the way a beast’s hunger was hot, like his body was being licked over by sight alone.

“Xie Ning.”

But Pei Zhi called him again. Xie Ning looked back at him, and Pei Zhi’s hand stilled. His voice sounded as though it had been scraped over by rough sandpaper. “Did I scare you?”

It was odd that Pei Zhi would worry about that at a time like this.

His heart, his eyes, his mind were all full of Xie Ning. He wanted him badly enough to feel almost possessed. Yet the moment Xie Ning’s gaze truly settled on him, he could not help turning inward and second-guessing himself, suddenly feeling guilty. Like being caught doing something bad right in front of the person involved—guilt rose on its own.

His broad palm had become slick with hot sweat. Xie Ning looked toward the very front, where the sight was alarmingly intense.

Maybe this was just what energetic young men were like.

All Xie Ning wanted was for Pei Zhi to finish dealing with his problem already so he could shower and sleep. Sitting there on the sofa, he slowly yawned and asked, “Why did you stop?”

As he yawned, a small section of soft tongue became visible, looking as though it could be taken between lips and deeply sucked at any moment. These were lips Pei Zhi had kissed many times already; no one understood better than him how incredible they tasted.

The moonlight outside the floor-to-ceiling window fell over Xie Ning’s face, giving him a kind of sacred, almost holy beauty. And here was Pei Zhi, doing something so indecent in front of such a Xie Ning. The very thought made him burn so fiercely it almost hurt.

But then Xie Ning asked why he had stopped.

He seemed to be asking only because he was curious, nothing more. Although he was wrapped in Pei Zhi’s coat, it did not really conceal much. Instead, the dark trench only made his skin look even whiter, and even the blush around his collarbones seemed almost erotic.

The hand that had been reddened from being kissed rested carelessly against the sofa. His collar hung loose. He did not seem to care at all whether he was exposed. Xie Ning just sat there like that, and because of the difference in their heights, Pei Zhi had to look up at him.

Pei Zhi looked up at Xie Ning and swallowed. “Can I keep going?”

At a moment like this, he was still asking for permission.

Xie Ning gave the slightest nod.

A bluntly physical heat spread through the air. Xie Ning lowered his eyes to watch, his gaze cool and clear, and somehow possessed a kind of pure innocence.

Pei Zhi was still in an absurdly exaggerated state, as though all his strength were being drained away. His whole body was covered in sweat. Beads dripped from the ends of his black hair. He seemed unable to stay balanced on his knees, leaning back slightly while his arm moved quickly and his shoulders rocked, making the rest of him move with it.

But he had trained in sports for years. His balance was excellent, and he steadied himself quickly. Even so, he slowly raised his head and looked at Xie Ning with an almost pitiful expression.

“What do I do?” Pei Zhi seemed helpless. “I don’t think I know how.”

“It’s been so long, and I still can’t…”

And now he was pretending he did not know.

When it came to Xie Ning, Pei Zhi had clearly looked very experienced. He had even said himself that he had studied guides online, so why would he need Xie Ning to instruct him?

Xie Ning simply watched him pretend. His gaze was clear and direct as he asked, “Then what should we do?”

Pei Zhi moved closer. Using his clean hand, he wrapped it around Xie Ning’s lower leg. When Xie Ning did not show any sign of discomfort, Pei Zhi pressed his cheek against Xie Ning’s knee and kissed it lightly.

“Baby, help me.”

…

Xie Ning was beginning to regret this.

He really must have lost his mind to nod and agree to help.

Just as he had expected, at first Pei Zhi only said he wanted him to look. After that came asking him to help with his hand. At the beginning, Xie Ning had thought it was only a small favor. He might as well help and get it over with quickly so they could both sleep sooner.

But not only had he guessed the beginning, he had guessed the middle and the end as well. First it was just touching, then it was “guessing,” and now it had progressed to standing up with his knees pressed together.

Xie Ning bit down lightly. He really was… prophetic.

When it came to this sort of thing, his instincts were strangely accurate. That had a lot to do with the mind-reading ability he had once suddenly gained, which had given him a rough understanding of Pei Zhi’s mental process… though not a complete one.

Pei Zhi was even worse than he had imagined.

A burning hot hand suddenly gripped Xie Ning’s waist hard and pushed him against the mirror. Caught off guard, Xie Ning’s entire chest hit the glass, his forehead too. Held from behind, he blinked in surprise. The moment he lowered his eyes, he saw exactly how Pei Zhi was treating him.

The sight was no longer merely ugly—it was frightening. And the moment Pei Zhi realized Xie Ning was looking, he seemed to swell even more in shameless arrogance.

The air conditioner had been turned up high. The room was very warm, and Pei Zhi had been afraid Xie Ning would catch cold.

And so in the mirror, Xie Ning looked as though he could barely stay standing. The ends of his hair trembled faintly, and a fine layer of sweat had formed over his forehead. Dark hair stuck damply to his temples. He was biting his lower lip tightly, his eyes squeezed shut, looking as though he were enduring some exquisitely tormenting punishment.

Xie Ning did not want to look, but Pei Zhi forced him to. One hand pinched his jaw and turned his face straight, making their gazes meet in the mirror. Pei Zhi’s actions were fierce, and his eyes even fiercer.

In the reflection, Pei Zhi held Xie Ning tightly from behind, the savagery in his gaze making it seem as though he wanted to devour Xie Ning alive—and in truth, he did. He pried open Xie Ning’s lips, dragged that wet-red tongue out in the mirror, and forced it into a tangle of sucking and licking with his own.

Too much saliva slipped down through the gap of his lips. His already swollen mouth was licked until it gleamed wetly. Xie Ning seemed exhausted. The moment Pei Zhi released him, he hung his mouth open and took small breaths. His pale, flat chest was pressed against the mirror, a blush blooming over it in a translucent, almost jelly-like sheen.

The room was too hot. A layer of sweat covered his whole body, glimmering faintly in the light. Heavy drops of sweat seeped down from between his knees, tracing the line of his skin and falling one by one.

“Baby, kiss me.” Pei Zhi had barely released Xie Ning’s lips before he wanted more. There was even a boyish, almost spoiled quality in his tone, making him sound unexpectedly obedient. Unfortunately, nothing about what he was doing was obedient at all. In fact, it was brutally forceful—extremely, unmistakably his own style.

Xie Ning had already been kissed until he had no strength left, yet Pei Zhi still wanted to take his lips between his own. His whole frame had gone weak. Leaning against the mirror, he was still being kissed into submission, his body heat steaming the cold surface into a hazy layer. Sweat from his palms gathered into droplets on the glass.

“Baby, kiss me. Baby.” Pei Zhi said it again.

Perhaps it was because he had drunk too much seafood congee earlier—his stomach was burning hot now, and he could not help reaching down to touch his belly. But when Pei Zhi asked for a kiss, he still did his best to tilt his head and offer his mouth up. While gasping in broken breaths, he reached for Pei Zhi’s lips.

But suddenly Pei Zhi turned wicked again. He sucked hard at Xie Ning’s lip bead and deliberately worked over one small area. Xie Ning could not help biting him in return and ended up drawing blood from Pei Zhi’s lip.

The taste of blood spread, but instead of stopping him, it only made Pei Zhi even crazier for more kisses. He pressed Xie Ning tightly against the mirror and kissed him hard enough to make the mirror shudder on its stand with heavy dull sounds.

Because of the height difference between them, Xie Ning had to rise onto his toes just so Pei Zhi could kiss him from behind. And because he was standing on his toes, his waist naturally curved downward a little, making it look as if he were offering himself up—and that only made it easier for Pei Zhi, and the kisses all the deeper.

Pei Zhi licked around Xie Ning’s lips, panting heavily. “Hah… baby.”

Xie Ning suddenly trembled as if startled, his eyes momentarily going blank. A patch of the mirror fogged over all at once, blurring the image before it.

Drip, drip, drip.

“Wife, baby, so good…” Through the mirror, Pei Zhi noticed that Xie Ning’s skin looked a little red, as though it had been rubbed raw. He said, “Do you know?”

“Mm?” Xie Ning answered vaguely. Turning his face slightly, his whole body shimmered under a thin sheen of sweat, catching the light like diamonds.

Pei Zhi’s large hand settled over the lower part of Xie Ning’s belly and rubbed it lightly. Xie Ning lowered his head to look. Pei Zhi’s fingers were pressing just below the stomach area, and at the same time, the skin that had once been pale and flawless looked a little worn, even coated with a faint whitish layer.

“If you really took it all, it could reach here.”

Xie Ning froze. Slowly, dully, he processed what Pei Zhi meant. He stared blankly at the spot a few centimeters above his navel, just below the stomach, and fell into a daze.

He still had not fully come back to himself. Of course not—with something so dense, so concentrated, there was no way someone with skin hunger could truly withstand it all.

Xie Ning had broken out in a great deal of sweat. It was hard to tell where it kept coming from; every part of him was wet and slippery. The insides of his thighs were especially drenched, with sweat still dripping down in beads.

Little puddles had formed across the tiled floor. Unhurriedly, Pei Zhi used his hands to smear the sweat across Xie Ning’s body, almost as though applying body lotion.

His lovely pink-white body seemed covered in a gauzy white mist, gleaming seductively in the light.

Though Xie Ning still had not recovered, his cleanliness obsession was strong enough that he instinctively frowned and asked unhappily, “What is this?”

“Some of it is yours. Some of it is mine.” Pei Zhi kissed the ends of Xie Ning’s hair.

“It’s a good thing we didn’t do this on the bed.” Pei Zhi’s other hand tilted Xie Ning’s chin upward, coming away slick with spit. He slowly licked the wetness from the point of Xie Ning’s chin, yet somehow that only made it wetter. Then he said, “Otherwise the bedsheets would’ve been soaked through by you.”
