I Can Hear My Straight Roommate’s Thoughts – CH45

Chapter 45

On the black leather sofa, Xie Ning seemed to have gotten a little chilled by the cold surface. His knees trembled faintly, and he looked as though he had not fully woken up, his gaze blurred and unfocused, the corners of his eyes still damp and red.

His hands reached out, as if wanting to grab onto something, but the leather sofa was too slippery. Not only could he not catch hold of anything, but the sweat and moisture on its surface made the faintest friction sound. Even looking this pitiful, he was still stubbornly biting down on the hem of his shirt.

A small patch at the hem of his light apricot wool sweater had been soaked through, making it noticeably darker. It only made his already swollen, damp lips look even more vivid, and gave his expression an added hint of softness and allure.

Xie Ning’s lips were not naturally a deep color. On the contrary, the colors of his whole body were very light. But that pale pink had been overused until it now looked wet and fully ripened, flushed red. Slowly, Pei Zhi lifted his head, the tip of his tongue still connected to Xie Ning’s mouth, drawing out an ambiguous strand between his lips and Xie Ning’s little mouth.

The skin at the side of his face had originally been smooth and pale, but now there were startling finger marks there. It was obvious just how entranced Pei Zhi had been while kissing him. It was equally obvious how hard Pei Zhi must have held him when Xie Ning had tried to shy away from his lips.

Now Xie Ning wore that dazed expression again. Pei Zhi called his name twice, but received no answer. Instead, Xie Ning just looked back at him with a blank, muddled gaze, clearly unable to make sense of the situation.

Pei Zhi desperately wanted to lower his head and kiss him again, but he forced himself to hold back. The sofa was large enough for two people, but Pei Zhi was tall, and once he was on it, the space suddenly felt cramped.

Bracing one hand beside Xie Ning, Pei Zhi lowered his head and kissed his hair. “Are you happy now?”

Xie Ning blinked slowly. He still looked a little sluggish, but from the gradually returning clarity in his eyes, it was obvious he was recovering little by little.

He looked at Pei Zhi’s face so close to his own and stayed silent. Instead, he pressed his lips together, his slightly furrowed brows giving him an inexplicably pitiful look.

“Why aren’t you talking?” Pei Zhi hooked a strand of Xie Ning’s hair around his finger. “Was it not good?”

“You…”

Xie Ning closed his mouth again.

He truly didn’t know what to say, so in the end, he simply said nothing.

“Talk to me.” Pei Zhi caught Xie Ning by the chin and turned his face back toward him. Rubbing their noses together, he murmured, “Don’t ignore me.”

“…”

“Were you happy?”

After quite a while, Xie Ning finally managed a quiet, “Mm…”

Pei Zhi said, “Then next time—”

A look of extreme embarrassment crossed Xie Ning’s face, though he still forced himself to endure it. “No!”

“You didn’t like it?” Pei Zhi thought back to a moment ago. Judging by Xie Ning’s expression and reaction, it hadn’t seemed as though he disliked it.

And there had been so much on the sofa. At one point he must have accidentally hit the right spot, like flipping some switch, because suddenly Xie Ning had soaked his whole face. Even now, his hair was still damp.

Pei Zhi coaxed him, “Was it because I didn’t do it well enough? I’ll improve next time, baby.”

Xie Ning’s expression grew even more complicated.

It wasn’t that it hadn’t been good.

It was that it had been… too good.

For Xie Ning, this level of intensity still felt far too advanced.

At first, he had only meant to tease Pei Zhi, which was why he’d spoken so coolly and effortlessly. According to his understanding, at most Pei Zhi would pin him down and kiss him for a while—maybe harder, maybe rougher, but still only that.

Xie Ning had never imagined this was possible. Twenty years of composure were useless in the face of it, and the unspeakable shame made it feel as though his whole world was collapsing.

For someone whose experience with intimacy was completely blank, his understanding was far too shallow. He had been frightened, and at the same time terribly embarrassed, and worst of all, he had actually sensed the faint stirrings of liking.

Xie Ning drifted off again.

Pei Zhi lightly grazed his earlobe with his teeth, sounding almost wronged. “You’re ignoring me again.”

“I’m not ignoring you,” Xie Ning said. “I just… haven’t recovered yet.”

Hadn’t recovered yet?

Pei Zhi had already waited a long time. He had already held Xie Ning for a long time. And Xie Ning still hadn’t recovered?

But Pei Zhi didn’t feel as though he had done anything especially excessive.

One hand rested at Xie Ning’s hip, his thumb absently rubbing the soft skin there. Close to Xie Ning’s ear, Pei Zhi asked in a hoarse voice that sounded almost concerned, “What if you pass out next time?”

Xie Ning went quiet again. Pei Zhi immediately wanted to kiss him, lowering his head, only to have his face pushed away. Xie Ning’s voice still trembled slightly. “You… go rinse your mouth first.”

Even though, earlier, Pei Zhi had kept seizing chances to talk, murmuring sweet nothings in his ear—how sweet he was, how hot, how soft—coaxing Xie Ning until he obediently did whatever he asked.

That sweet, gentle way of speaking was completely at odds with what Pei Zhi had actually been doing.

And though Xie Ning had been so obedient, Pei Zhi still hadn’t shown him any mercy. Xie Ning had cried the whole time until he was a complete mess.

But even so, he still couldn’t get past that psychological barrier. Kissing Pei Zhi right now made his mild germaphobia stir, even if what had been in Pei Zhi’s mouth technically belonged to him.

Pei Zhi’s handsome, deep-set face paused for a second, then he raised one eyebrow. “So now you’re disliking yourself?”

That only made Xie Ning feel more ashamed. Pei Zhi found it both pitiful and adorable. He pinched Xie Ning’s cheek, leaving faint finger marks, making him look even more like someone who had just been bullied. Perfectly satisfied, Pei Zhi said, “Alright. I’ll go rinse.”

Just as he was about to get up, his hand landed on Xie Ning’s back.

The wool of the sweater felt nice enough under his palm, but compared to Xie Ning’s smooth skin, it still lacked something.

Pei Zhi coaxed him, “Your shirt and pants are both damp. Let me take them off for you so you don’t catch cold.”

Xie Ning still hadn’t entirely recovered, but that didn’t mean he wasn’t thinking clearly. The room had heating. It was warm. The dampness would dry soon enough. How could he possibly catch cold from that?

Pei Zhi clearly had ulterior motives.

But Xie Ning didn’t want to talk or move anymore. His whole body had sunk into that lazy, post-release heaviness, so he let Pei Zhi do as he pleased.

The surface of the sofa was wet. Some of it was thick, while some of it was more clear and watery. Pei Zhi stared at it for a moment, forcing himself not to lick it clean. Instead, he lifted Xie Ning up, took out some wet wipes, and carefully wiped every trace of moisture off him bit by bit.

There was another sofa by the floor-to-ceiling window, next to an old-fashioned standing mirror. Pei Zhi carried Xie Ning over and set him down there, then took his own trench coat from the rack and draped it over Xie Ning’s body.

“Wait for me a minute,” he said. “I’ve put warm water here. Drink if you want. The seafood porridge is already done—I’ll get it from the door once I’ve washed up.”

“I told them not to knock, so they won’t disturb your rest.”

Xie Ning gave a lazy hum. He curled himself more tightly into Pei Zhi’s coat, trying to wrap himself up more securely.

It felt very strange—being completely bare beneath Pei Zhi’s coat…

The oversized trench coat fully covered his slim frame. Even the brushing of the fabric against his skin gave him an indescribably subtle sensation.

Before leaving, Pei Zhi caught the back of his head and seemed on the verge of kissing him again—but forced himself to stop.

He looked frustrated, licking his lips. Hunger burned fiercely in his brows and eyes. Staring at Xie Ning’s mouth, he pressed his fingers a little harder against those swollen lips and said in a hoarse voice, “Wait for me.”

The sound of water came from the bathroom.

Pei Zhi had probably decided to shower too.

Xie Ning lay there for a while and finally gathered a little strength, but still didn’t want to move. It was just that… he had sweated all over, and his skin still felt sticky. Even though Pei Zhi had taken care of some of it earlier, there was still a lot.

Maybe more had come out afterward, too fast for Pei Zhi to wipe away.

He should have just showered together with Pei Zhi, he thought.

Then he immediately dismissed the idea again. If they’d really gone into the shower together, then what came after would probably have become truly dangerous.

After lying still for too long, Xie Ning began to ache a little, so he slowly sat up and drew one leg up.

The hem of the trench coat slid up naturally.

Then he saw himself in the mirror—and froze.

Pei Zhi’s coat was huge on him. It only loosely covered his body, while one pale, delicate foot peeked out beneath the hem. Around his ankle were visible red finger marks, showing just how hard Pei Zhi had gripped him.

Even without Pei Zhi physically beside him, the air all around him was full of Pei Zhi’s scent. Wrapped in Pei Zhi’s coat, it felt like being held by him in another way.

As though he had truly been marked.

The thought filled him with a subtle sense of shame—and, at the same time, deep satisfaction.

Xie Ning was not someone who pursued pleasure. Since childhood, he had never cared much for material things, and as he grew older, even less so.

But recently, he had found himself reflecting more and more.

Was he indulging himself too much?

Pei Zhi had not only rinsed his mouth—he had also taken a quick shower. But a cold shower did little for him. The hardness still hadn’t subsided, and after seeing Xie Ning waiting outside for him, it had only become worse, harder and more urgent.

In the end, he gave up on the idea of fully cooling down. He only wiped the water from his body, threw on a bathrobe, and came back out.

The sash around his waist was tied loosely, exposing part of his damp chest.

The moment he stepped out and saw Xie Ning half-reclining on the sofa, lost in thought, wrapped inside his coat, Xie Ning somehow looked even smaller.

His long fingers lightly gripped the coat at his chest. One leg was bent slightly, exposing a pink kneecap.

Beside it were obvious finger marks—marks left by Pei Zhi’s grip.

A shadow fell over the sofa. Xie Ning only belatedly snapped out of his daze and looked up, but before he could, he was already being lifted into Pei Zhi’s lap.

The coat buttons hadn’t been done up, so it fell open loosely. Pei Zhi’s hand slid right under it, pressing firmly against Xie Ning’s back, while his mouth swallowed Xie Ning’s lips again.

Maybe it was because he still hadn’t gotten enough from the earlier kiss. Now Pei Zhi was deliberately grinding against his lips almost cruelly, and the aching sensation shot straight to Xie Ning’s head.

His waist hollow was held exactly under Pei Zhi’s thumb. Both of Pei Zhi’s hands were hidden under the coat. Xie Ning leaned back a little, only to have his waist gripped and forced upright again.

There was barely any flesh on Xie Ning’s face to begin with, and now his cheeks were being pressed and deformed visibly. Xie Ning started crying again. At this close distance, he could hear Pei Zhi’s ragged breathing, along with the wet, sticky sounds of him devouring his tongue.

“N-no… mm—ah…”

Xie Ning managed to push Pei Zhi away for a second, just enough to pull back his tongue and grab a moment to speak. “Pei—mm—”

Pei Zhi had never been addicted to anything before, nor had he ever had some particularly strong hobby or obsession.

But when it came to Xie Ning, he seemed to develop the strongest possible craving—wanting to kiss him every second, to eat at his tongue again and again.

Kissing Xie Ning simply felt too good.

The sensation of his scalp tingling, his whole body filling with pleasure, made him feel possessed. He couldn’t keep hold of even half a shred of reason.

The wet sounds continued.

Xie Ning’s cheeks turned flushed and damp again. By the time Pei Zhi finally let him go, he still kept his face close, slowly kissing the corners of his lips and his eyes, licking away tears that hadn’t yet dried.

Every time Pei Zhi came close, Xie Ning trembled. He pushed weakly at Pei Zhi’s chest and said, in broken little gasps, “N-no more kissing…”

“Does your mouth ache?”

Under the coat, Pei Zhi’s hand gently rubbed his lower back, soothing him. His other hand rested lower at his waist. Even with how large Pei Zhi’s hand was, it still couldn’t fully cover him there. After a pause, Pei Zhi swallowed and asked in a low voice, “Or did I make you uncomfortable?”

Xie Ning’s head was a complete mess. After catching his breath for a while, he finally managed, “Both.”

No one could possibly handle kissing like that forever. Pei Zhi kissed like a mad dog, stirring everything up. It was pleasurable, but too intense, too continuous—and Xie Ning was far more sensitive than most because of his skin hunger. Of course he couldn’t take it.

“Alright,” Pei Zhi said. “Then I’ll listen to you. No more kissing.”

The moment he said that, he saw Xie Ning visibly relax in relief. That innocent reaction made Pei Zhi turn even more wicked.

He coaxed, “No kissing right now. We can kiss later. Okay?”

“Hm?” Xie Ning answered sluggishly. “Mm…”

As long as they weren’t kissing right now, that was enough.

He lay in Pei Zhi’s arms like a doll. That trench coat wasn’t actually doing much. Xie Ning kept trying to hold it closed around himself, but Pei Zhi’s arms were already inside it, wrapped around him, and the way it half-covered and half-revealed him somehow looked even more suggestive than being fully uncovered.

Eventually, he gave up trying.

Against the black coat, Xie Ning’s skin looked like snow.

He was already pale, but now his body was mottled with flushed patches, all tinted by desire.

His lips were parted as he breathed, wet and vivid. You could faintly glimpse the moisture on his tongue. His dark hair, damp and clinging at his temples, and the loosely draped coat around him made it almost unbearable not to want to look deeper, to see what was hidden beneath.

Pei Zhi wanted to kiss him again.

He had only just lowered his head slightly when a hand covered his mouth first. The smell of Xie Ning was suddenly all around him, and Pei Zhi froze for a moment.

Then he heard Xie Ning say, “Pei Zhi… aren’t we being a little… lacking in restraint?”

Xie Ning had thought about it for a long time before coming up with a phrase that still sounded at least somewhat proper.

“Are we?” Pei Zhi asked.

His fingers were still playing with Xie Ning’s hair, looping and unlooping the strands as though he could never get tired of it. Lowering his head, he kissed the strand of dark hair at his fingertips and said, “I thought I’d already been very restrained.”

Xie Ning looked genuinely surprised. “This counts as restrained?”

Pei Zhi rubbed his cheek against Xie Ning’s. “Baby, do you want to see what I’m like when I’m not restrained?”

The bathrobe was loose and soft. It barely concealed anything at all. Xie Ning slowly moved his gaze away and said evenly, “I think I’ll pass.”

The way he examined him so seriously was too adorable.

Pei Zhi rubbed at the back of his neck and licked around his lips.

Xie Ning frowned.

Pei Zhi really did love licking him. Like some animal instinct, marking what belonged to him—including a mate—with saliva.

Sometimes Xie Ning honestly suspected Pei Zhi had been some kind of beast in a previous life. The surface of his tongue almost seemed rough, like it had little barbs. Every time they kissed, the scrape of it through Xie Ning’s mouth made him shiver uncontrollably.

Like an animal grooming its mate, Pei Zhi licked at Xie Ning’s face. A faint minty smell spread around them. Xie Ning turned his head away slightly, only to have the back of his head held and turned back again.

Then his lips were sucked at like punishment, the wet sound utterly indecent.

Xie Ning: “…”

Pei Zhi was truly too bad.

The seafood porridge arrived and was placed on the table. Pei Zhi opened it, tested the temperature, and found that after sitting for a little while it was just right. So he picked up a spoon and started feeding Xie Ning.

He really was afraid Xie Ning might starve.

Originally, Xie Ning hadn’t had much of an appetite, but after all that exertion, he was genuinely a little hungry. Leaning in Pei Zhi’s arms, he let himself be spoon-fed bite after bite. It felt strange, but he didn’t stop him.

If Pei Zhi wanted to feed him, then let him.

Taking out his phone, Xie Ning checked the weather forecast for the coming days. “My mom’s already booked the plane tickets. Next Saturday.”

“I saw,” Pei Zhi said, kissing his forehead. “I also bought the gifts.”

“You didn’t need to…”

“It was just a few things.”

Then he added, “It’s my first time meeting your parents. I can’t show up empty-handed.”

If Pei Zhi called it “just a few things,” then it definitely wasn’t.

Xie Ning felt a little helpless. Pei Zhi seemed to be treating this Christmas trip together as though it were a meeting with the parents.

For now, Xie Ning still couldn’t hear Pei Zhi’s thoughts again, which meant he couldn’t know what Pei Zhi was planning or what exactly he was thinking. And that distance made the ambiguity between them even stronger, made it even easier to get intoxicated by it.

As Xie Ning replied to messages, Pei Zhi’s expression gradually turned displeased.

“So annoying.”

“Why are so many people messaging you?”

“Most of them are probably just sending greetings in bulk.”

For people Xie Ning didn’t know well, the messages were usually things like Are you there? or What are you doing? or just a random sticker. To him, that type of person just had too much time on their hands and was only messaging to kill time. Since Xie Ning was busy, he naturally didn’t bother replying.

Only if the message contained something specific and practical—and if there were a lot of messages—would he assume it was genuinely urgent and answer.

Xie Ning didn’t like small talk.

As he finished replying to one message, Pei Zhi noticed that the profile picture was a photograph—and a good-looking man, at that. He immediately felt on guard, but tried to sound casual as he asked, “Who’s that?”

“A sponsor,” Xie Ning said. “He likes my design style a lot. We’ve worked together for a long time. He sponsors me often.”

Then he named the brand. “You’ve probably heard of it.”

It was one of the better-known domestic streetwear brands.

Burying his face in Xie Ning’s neck and tightening his arm around his waist, Pei Zhi said, “Baby, why are you so amazing?”

Everyone already acknowledged how strong Xie Ning was professionally, but he carried himself so quietly that if he hadn’t mentioned it just now, Pei Zhi never would have known.

Xie Ning was even more outstanding than he’d thought.

Just as Pei Zhi was rubbing against Xie Ning’s neck, Xie Ning accidentally tapped open the dorm group chat. Gu Nian and Chen Xi were discussing the fight between Pei Zhi and Shen Ye, and they also mentioned… a photo?

Apparently, when Pei Zhi and Shen Ye were fighting, Pei Zhi’s phone had dropped, and the photograph tucked behind the case had fallen out too.

Seeing Xie Ning go silent for so long, Pei Zhi lifted his head. The moment he saw the message content on the screen, he seemed to tense, his gaze locking onto Xie Ning’s face.

But Xie Ning didn’t ask.

Instead, he shifted the topic. “I don’t want to eat anymore. I’m full. Once I rest a little more, I’m going to shower and sleep.”

His body clock had always been regular.

But Pei Zhi said, “There’s nothing you want to ask me?”

Xie Ning shook his head. “No.”

As for the photograph, if Pei Zhi wanted to tell him, then he would. Since Pei Zhi wasn’t bringing it up, it meant there were things he was concerned about. Xie Ning wouldn’t force him.

Even in the closest relationships, there still needed to be some room for privacy and boundaries.

Suddenly, Pei Zhi’s expression darkened.

His fingers tightened against the back of Xie Ning’s neck, and without warning he pressed into another kiss.

He kissed him almost angrily, grinding hard against his lips, then cruelly sucking at the base of his tongue, deliberately targeting the places that made Xie Ning most sensitive.

“Ha… Pei—mm!”

They’d kissed too many times that day already. The moment Pei Zhi kissed him again, saliva flooded Xie Ning’s mouth. The inside of his mouth grew slick and oversensitive from the repeated stimulation, and the heart-shaking pleasure washed over nerves that were already too reactive. His arms softened, and he helplessly looped them around Pei Zhi’s neck, letting him keep kissing.

When Pei Zhi finally released him, their foreheads remained pressed together, breathing hard, their warm breaths tangling. In a hoarse voice, Pei Zhi said, “Why aren’t you curious?”

Then he asked again, “Why won’t you ask?”

“What if I had done something that betrayed you?”

Sticky saliva slipped from the corner of Xie Ning’s lips before he could wipe it away. Panting, he asked back, “Did you?”

“No. I didn’t.”

Then Pei Zhi added, “I would never do anything that betrayed you.”

“That’s exactly why,” Xie Ning said. “I trust you, so I don’t ask. That’s your personal privacy. I won’t interfere.”

Pei Zhi lowered his neck, his expression turning very serious. “But I want you to interfere. I want you to control me.”

“You’re always… so polite with me,” he said. “Like I’m the same as everyone else. Like I could disappear and it wouldn’t matter. But I don’t need you to be polite to me. You can get angry with me. You can be petty with me. Even if it’s excessive, it doesn’t matter.”

Xie Ning only really caught the first half of that. “How could you think that? Of course you’re different.”

“Really?”

“Mm.”

Xie Ning kissed his lips lightly and stroked his face. “Of course. Do you really like it that much when I control you?”

“I really do.” Pei Zhi caught his wrist and?? pressed his cheek into Xie Ning’s palm. “You can control me however you want. I’ll listen.”

“Anything?”

“Anything.”

“What if I scammed all your money away?”

“That wouldn’t be a scam.” Pei Zhi corrected him. “You’re my wife. Spending money on my wife is only natural.”

Just moments ago, he’d been sounding pitiful and needy. Now he was already sneaking wife in again. Xie Ning smiled. “I still haven’t agreed to be your wife.”

“I know. Let me spend one in advance.”

Pei Zhi loved calling him that—especially now, with Xie Ning tucked in his arms wearing his clothes. He kissed Xie Ning’s forehead. “Wife, I like you.”

“I know this probably isn’t healthy,” Pei Zhi went on. “But… I really want your possessiveness over me to be stronger.”

“Stronger.”

Xie Ning had always been indifferent to most things. Even as a child he’d had a cool temperament. At summer camp once, another child took his candy, and Xie Ning didn’t even make a fuss.

His logic had been simple: he didn’t really like that candy anyway, and now someone else wanted it, so fine—problem solved.

But another child had stood up for him, snatched the candy back, and then even taken the other child’s candy too, piling all the “spoils of war” in front of him.

The feeling had been strange.

He couldn’t quite describe it, but it had probably been… happiness.

Even though he didn’t actually like candy.

A person’s basic nature is difficult to change after the fact. Even in love, Xie Ning would never be the sort of person who stirred up dramatic storms. To him, if you liked someone, then you were together; if you no longer liked them, then you split. There was no point overthinking it.

Had he been acting too indifferent? he wondered.

After thinking seriously for a moment, Xie Ning lifted his flushed face and asked, “When you say stronger possessiveness… do you mean locking you up?”

Pei Zhi instantly became wildly excited.

He really did want to lock Xie Ning up. Or let Xie Ning lock him up. Either way was fine. As long as there was only the two of them, shut away in a dark little room, mating every day like wild beasts.

At that point, the inside and outside of their bodies would both be saturated with each other’s scent. No one would be able to intrude between them. They would be stuck to each other at all times, as though even their bones, blood, and souls had fused together.

There was nothing more perfect.

Through the coat, the side of Xie Ning’s leg suddenly went hot. He frowned and lifted a finger to tap the side of Pei Zhi’s neck. “What are you thinking?”

Pei Zhi lied, “Nothing.”

Even if Xie Ning couldn’t hear his thoughts right now, he could guess all too well what kind of nonsense was running through Pei Zhi’s head. “Thinking about what happens after I lock you up?”

Pei Zhi’s breathing sped up. He immediately changed the subject. “Why would you say that?”

“Because you seem very excited, classmate Pei.”

Lying sideways in Pei Zhi’s lap, Xie Ning shifted slightly and glanced down. He couldn’t really see anything because of the bathrobe. “Do you want to go deal with it in the bathroom? This is making it a little uncomfortable for me to lie here.”

As Xie Ning tried to get up, Pei Zhi firmly pulled him back down. He almost fell straight back into Pei Zhi’s lap, brushing against him. Xie Ning heard a low sound escape him—not sure whether it was from pain or something else.

In a hoarse voice, Pei Zhi asked, “Do you want to see?”

Xie Ning lifted his eyes. “Are you an exhibitionist?”

That one easy glance, which to Xie Ning probably carried no particular meaning, was to Pei Zhi far more seductive than any obvious form of temptation.

Staring at Xie Ning’s gradually cleared, cool face—though the corners of his eyes were still damp and red—Pei Zhi muttered, “Maybe I really am a pervert. Maybe I really am crazy.”

“Baby, wife…” He hugged Xie Ning’s waist and bent down so deeply that such a tall man suddenly looked much smaller, burying his face in Xie Ning’s neck and rubbing against it. In a hoarse, pleading voice, he begged, “Please just look. Just once.”

As if it would stop at one look.

Pei Zhi always pushed his luck. If he said one glance, then in the end he’d probably insist on being looked at thoroughly, maybe all the way. And after that, the request would escalate again. He would probably put on a pitiful act and claim it wasn’t working on his own, that it was impossible without help, that an outsider could see more clearly.

From “just take a look,” it would turn into “touch me,” “help me,” “step on me.”

And later, Pei Zhi would probably ask even more—maybe have Xie Ning stand with his knees together, facing him or with his back turned, whatever worked.

Xie Ning knew Pei Zhi’s routine far too well.

So Xie Ning sat calmly on Pei Zhi’s lap, expression composed on the surface, though inwardly it was another matter entirely.

Pei Zhi kept rubbing into his neck. His hair was stiff and a little prickly, which on Xie Ning’s sensitive skin was already hard enough to bear. And more than that, Pei Zhi was still pressed firmly against him in a way that was impossible to ignore.

And Xie Ning was an adult man too.

On top of that, someone with skin hunger—someone already more sensitive than ordinary people.

That broad embrace and those strong arms radiated heat like a furnace, locking Xie Ning tightly inside like an iron cage. He couldn’t break free. Worse, any struggle only made it seem as though he were grinding against Pei Zhi on purpose, so he instantly stopped moving.

Held so tightly together, every reaction of the other body was impossible to miss.

Xie Ning felt awkward.

Pei Zhi was… shockingly big. Even without directly looking, just sensing it like this made him feel absurd and slightly life-questioning.

And what made it even worse was that he had also…

But Pei Zhi had only just helped him.

How long had it even been?

“Baby, I just helped you,” Pei Zhi said.

His rough palm slowly roamed across the smooth, flawless skin of Xie Ning’s back, then abruptly pressed in at his lower waist. Xie Ning let out a soft sound, his waist buckling as he was forced further into Pei Zhi’s arms.

Above him, Pei Zhi’s voice sounded hoarse and aggrieved. “I ate all of it. I even swallowed it. As a reward, can’t you touch me too?”
