The next day, Ye Xuan got up and ate breakfast. He looked at Xia Chenxi, who was sitting across from him eating a sandwich.
“You didn’t wake up just to eat breakfast, did you?”
Xia Chenxi stuffed the last bite of bread into his mouth, pulled out a tissue, and wiped his lips.
“No. I’m going to the training field to train.”
Ye Xuan looked at him and let out two dry “hehe” laughs. “Your thoughts really change a lot.”
Yesterday, he had said people should rest when they should rest, and today he was going to train again. Did this person have split personalities?
The two changed into their combat uniforms and headed to the training field.

Xia Chenxi pushed open the door and stopped at the entrance.

A tall man walked around the crowd. There was a scar on his face. The scar did not look out of place on his firm features. Instead, it seemed like a medal carved onto his face. He looked quite young, around his late twenties.
Seeing Xia Chenxi and Ye Xuan at the entrance, Luo Feng rubbed his chin and muttered quietly, “There really are two people.”
Ye Xuan slowly raised his hand. “I’m the new teammate here to report in.”
Luo Feng’s gaze fell on Xia Chenxi. “And you?”
Xia Chenxi spoke calmly. “I came with him.”
This answer made Luo Feng pause, then he burst into hearty laughter. “It’s understandable. On the first day of training, family members are worried.”
Xia Chenxi did not refute it. Instead, Ye Xuan became restrained.
Luo Feng extended a hand to Ye Xuan. “Don’t worry. Our Team B isn’t some place that eats people. I’m a very casual team leader and don’t have many requirements. You can call me Brother Feng like the rest of them.”
The team leader in front of him had a very gentle attitude, and Ye Xuan relaxed. He had really been afraid he would run into another team leader like the one from the reserve team.
Ye Xuan reached out and shook Luo Feng’s hand. “My name is Ye Xuan. Space ability user.”
“For a space ability user to enter Team B, you must have performed exceptionally well during the assessment.”

Ye Xuan laughed dryly twice and explained, “He isn’t usually like this.”
Ever since they had returned from the hospital, Xia Chenxi had become strange. Although Ye Xuan did not understand Xia Chenxi’s behavior, he did not dislike it.
Luo Feng looked at Ye Xuan with an expression that said, I understand everything.
Ye Xuan smiled awkwardly. He seemed to have been misunderstood by his team leader.
