The weapons, equipment, and so on in this story are fictional creations by the author. Please do not examine them too deeply. This is a growth-type protagonist, not some insanely overpowered, ridiculously awesome main character who can beat villains half-dead with one finger.
“Hah…”
Ye Xuan shot up from the bed in terror and unease, clutching his chest. The heart inside his ribcage was pounding violently.
He opened his phone and glanced at the time.
Beijing time, nine thirty.
So what just happened was only a dream.
But that dream just now had been far too real. It was as if that truck had truly slammed into him, smashing him to pieces in an instant. After a burst of intense pain, he had lost consciousness.

“I’m definitely still dreaming,” Ye Xuan murmured to himself.
“Stop having your fantasy dream. They’re zombies.”
“They really are zombies!”
“The apocalypse is here!”
Some people were terrified. Some were excited.
Only three words remained in Ye Xuan’s mind.
