Cold sweat instantly broke out on Wang Xurong’s forehead. He swallowed hard and obediently retracted the electricity surrounding his body. Ability users were not superhuman—at the end of the day, they were still flesh and blood, not impervious to blades or bullets.

After leaving the interrogation room, Jiang Xuzhou entered the observation room next door.
